All the benches that we offer you are guaranteed for 10 years. This means that we are sure of the excellent quality of our products. Every bench is measured for a specific carrying capacity according to the kind of crop; the carrying capacities go from 50 kg/m_ for the pots for seeds to 120 kg/m_ for the big clay potted plants. All the benches have vertically sided structures and supporting crossbars of the growing surface made of aluminium; the almost perfect horizontality guarantees uniform sub-irrigations
CONTAINER BENCHES
They are the core of the internal transport systems and are calculated for the movement and the vertical lifting of completely wet and full potted plants or rooting seeds’ pots.
The growing surface can be made of zinc plated net, polystyrene or aluminium, nutritional solutions-resistant with also very acid ph (less than 5). The growing surface in polystyrene with specific profiles is watertight to allow the irrigation with the flow and backflow technique and for a particularly fast drainage.
Even the aluminium growing surface is profiled to be perfectly watertight for the flow and backflow irrigation; but the aluminium surface is not suitable for greenhouses located in temperate countries; the transmission of the solar radiation on the surface itself can indeed provoke burnings in the lower part of the foliage system above all in the first vegetative stage. The movement of the benches is guaranteed by steel and self-lubricant bearings; the sliding is on rails made of steel tubes and on aluminium transport lines with Teflon wheels and pneumatic lifting system.
SLIDING AND EXHIBITION BENCHES
The vertically sided structures and the supporting crossbars of the growing surfaces are in aluminium, the cross sliding is guaranteed by steel pipes supported by tubular zinc plated steel legs fixed to the ground. The supporting surfaces are in polystyrene, aluminium or zinc plated net according to the crop necessities. These benches equipped with wheels are ideal to show the plants in the garden centres. Also these benches are guaranteed for ten years.
